napfa result out..

1st try last time


2nd try few days back

HAHA both are 23 pts! only diff is tt one is fail, the other is silver

comparison..

1) Sit up.. same same

2) Standing broad jump.. hee just 2cm and i gt lesser by 1 pt compared to the previous time

3) Sit and reach.. the sources show that i became more flexible of 4cm. LOL

4) Pull up.. from 11x to 5x.. wow. haha

5) Shuttle run.. from 9.90s to 9.40s.. same same 5 pts. dun bother

6) 2.4km.. 14.44min to 11.20min.. many thanks to that smelly ah neh running in front of me.. i just cant run behind him.. "motivation"
